Who we are

Evelii Ltd ("Evelii", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16748566. We build software that helps managers plan, hold and record workplace conversations. For anything in this notice, contact us at privacy@evelii.com.

What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, evelii.com, including the book a demo form. It does not cover the Evelii product itself. When an organisation uses Evelii, the workplace data involved is governed by our agreement with that organisation and the privacy documentation we provide to customers, and we handle it on the organisation's instructions.

The data we collect

• Details you give us through the demo form: your name, work email, company, team size and any message.
• Correspondence, if you email us or reply to us.
• Basic technical data generated when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser type, held in our hosting provider's logs.

How we use it

We use demo form details to arrange your demo, respond to your enquiry and follow up about it. We use technical data to keep the site secure and working. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to enquiries you have made and running our business. Where consent is required for anything else, we will ask for it first. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where your data is stored

This website and its form submissions are hosted on the Base44 platform, our website infrastructure provider. Data submitted through the site may be processed outside the UK and the EEA by that provider; where that happens, it is subject to appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Only what is strictly necessary to serve the site is used. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your organisation becomes an Evelii customer, relevant details are kept for the duration of that relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Email privacy@evelii.com and we will respond promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data on this site, we will update this notice and the date at the top of this page.
